I have seen a few variations of the Noro Stripey Socks – love all the crazy stripes! I have two pairs of socks that I’ve knit with Noro Kureyon. It’s a love/hate thing. I love the end result, but I hate the twigs, wacky twists and thick/thin of the yarn for the actual knitting process.

So far the stripes haven’t been horribly jarring/clashing. But you know how crazy the Noro colourways are! We’ll see how it goes.
I don’t understand why they feel the need to leave twigs in such a pricey yarn.
Yeah, I don’t either. But their colourways entice me, so twigs and weird yarn it is!
I love that bit of fuscia/purple in that yarn!

Honestly, there really are bits of woody stuff spun into the yarn.
