Make your own brown sugar: 1 c granulated sugar + 2 Tbs molasses = 1 c brown sugar (I use a pastry blender but you can use a fork to mix the molasses in.)

Raspberry Topping for Cheesecake: 2 c fresh raspberries (I have also used 50/50 with blackberries) 1 c sugar 1 Tbs cornstarch Mix berries, sugar and a little water in a saucepan. Bring to boil; simmer 3 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with a little water, add to berries. Cook stirring for 5 minutes or until thickened.
