I’m forever digging around on the computer/interwebs to find recipes that I’ve printed out and tried (and commented about on the blog) and may mention/try again. So I thought I’d add them all here. Make it easier for me.
Macaroni & Cheese**note that the flour amount should be 2.5 TBS**
Greek Caponata (like a ratatouille)
Karen’s Swiss Steak (stove, oven or crock pot)
Buttermilk (Chocolate Chip) Pancakes (pretty sweet, so you could omit the choc chips and still have awesome pancakes)
Chocolate Chip Cookies (Jacques Torres)
Best Ever Chocolate Fudge Layer Cake (quick with a mix)
Chocolate Pudding Cake (super easy)
Make your own brown sugar: 1 c granulated sugar + 2 Tbs molasses = 1 c brown sugar (I use a pastry blender but you can use a fork to mix the molasses in.)
Raspberry Topping for Cheesecake: 2 c fresh raspberries (I have also used 50/50 with blackberries) 1 c sugar 1 Tbs cornstarch Mix berries, sugar and a little water in a saucepan. Bring to boil; simmer 3 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with a little water, add to berries. Cook stirring for 5 minutes or until thickened.
