Crossfit Open 16.3

I’ve been a bit behind on my entries.  We finished Crossfit Open 16.3 on March 11th.  Another challenging work out.  I was wondering why we didn’t have any photos from it, and I saw this one posted by the gym:

We were all in the same heat, so no one took photos!  It was a good one!  Had to do as many sets of 10 power snatches, then 5 jumping chest-to-bar pullups in seven minutes.  I was happy with my result.  That was a looooong seven minutes.

In addition to the Open (five weeks) we are currently doing a six-week strength program, so lots of extra time at the gym.
